The belt creates the illusion of a smaller waist, even on waists that are not actually small as visually the bow anchors the center. However, the belt may be removed, if preferable.

Hand-crafted of the softest, beautifully draping washable silk. Washable silk is 100% silk. It is more durable than regular silk as it is made using a special construction technique so that it can better handle the harsh movements of the washing machine.
